How consent is collected
There are two routes into this program, and both are disclosed here because a subscriber may have arrived by either.
Route 1 — you subscribe yourself
Text START to (844) 660-8500 yourself after reviewing this page. That text is the final confirmation.
You receive a confirmation identifying the program and explaining HELP and STOP. STOP, START and HELP are handled by our messaging carrier, so those replies come from the carrier rather than from uxena.
Receive recurring, non-marketing operational updates when activity affects your uxena work.
Route 2 — a property host confirms they asked you
Uxena is used by property hosts to coordinate the cleaners, handymen and other service providers who already work for them. When a host adds one of their providers, uxena asks the host to confirm, in writing, that they have personally asked that provider for permission to send them job texts. The host cannot choose a messaging channel for a provider without making that statement.
The host ticks a box stating “[provider] agreed to receive job texts”, having asked them. Uxena records the host’s identity and the date and time as the evidence of consent.
Before any operational message, the provider receives one message naming the program, the host who added them, what the messages are about, that frequency varies, that rates may apply, and how to get help or stop.
The provider replies STOP at any time, which suppresses all further messages immediately and permanently until they themselves text START.
A host’s confirmation is a record of consent the provider gave to that host directly. It is never treated as outranking the provider’s own instruction: if a number has replied STOP, no host confirmation can restore messaging to it. Only the person holding the phone can do that, by texting START.
Required disclosures
SMS consent is personal and channel-specific. Texting START for SMS does not subscribe you to WhatsApp. WhatsApp opt-in, if offered, is collected separately.

Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, uxena suppresses future recurring SMS messages unless you text START or UNSTOP to opt in again. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.
STOP, START and HELP are answered by our messaging carrier, not by uxena. They are reserved keywords handled before a message reaches us, so the exact wording of those replies is the carrier's. Opt-out still takes effect immediately and is honoured by uxena regardless of where the reply came from. Every other message you send — ACCEPT, DECLINE, DONE — reaches uxena and is answered by us.
Campaign proof: This page is the public opt-in documentation. A screenshot of this page is published at a direct public URL for the Twilio review form, alongside a static campaign-artifact version.
